**Standard terms are Due 30 days from date listed on the invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, there will be a $25 statement charge and 1.5% Interest charge per month.**

SERVICE CALL: $250.00 It includes up to 1 hour on site. Service hourly rate after initial hour: $125 per man hour. Materials are not included.

$40 Veteran/65+ Senior discount on service call charge only.

Workmanship is warrantied for life, it is done right (to code/approved plans provided) or we will correct it free of charge. Materials carry manufacturer warranties only, no labor for replacement of manufacturer defects.
