$130 Service Call/Minimum Charge (includes applicable sales tax, and 1 man/hour from time of dispatch, no exceptions.)

Hourly Rates (Small projects only, Medium to Large projects are done by bid/signed contract only.)

$70 Residential (Initial minimum charge may apply for the first hour then $70 per man/hour after.)

$80 Commercial (Initial minimum charge may apply for the first hour then $80 per man/hour after.)

All prices are plus applicable materials.

Workmanship is warrantied for life, it is done right (to code/plans provided) or we will correct it free of charge. Materials carry manufacturer warranties only.
