Our Rates
$150 Service Call/Minimum Charge (includes applicable sales tax, and 1 man/hour from time of dispatch, no exceptions.)
$30 Veteran/Senior discount on service calls.
Hourly Rates (Small projects only, Medium to Large projects are done by bid/signed contract only.)
*$90 Residential (Initial minimum charge may apply for the first hour then per man/hour after +tax if applicable.)
*$100 Commercial (Initial minimum charge may apply for the first hour then per man/hour after +tax if applicable.)
Materials not included.
Workmanship is warrantied for life, it is done right (to code/plans provided) or we will correct it free of charge. Materials carry manufacturer warranties only, no labor for replacement of manufacturer defect.
